Best sim only plan under $20?

One of my mothers friend is using Simba $5 plan. One day the internet got really slow to the point that whatsapp call and message cannot be sent. Have to restart the phone for her to get it to work

Zym plan is good for $10 plus only using Singtel line. Than when go Malaysia or Thailand have roaming data also. Every month I go jb so have 2 GB for me to use.

Dont ask me how good it is, since it is zero $ must be very good.
