My experience with singapore florist shops!
A lot of flower shops in Singapore are excellent, they offer cheap and premium selections, and they deliver it to you in just a few hours after you make the order! Of course everything is done online now...
I've been ordering flowers and bouquets for a while now, and when you order from big names and a hefty price you expect quality, right? I didn't get a backup plan and the roses meant for my girlfriend all withered and had some pasty colour when i got it. Had to throw it away or it might mean havoc
Anyway here's a list of flower shops i frequent, some are really good!
But to start off the list, I gotta start off with...
Far East Flora

Really expected a lot, but was disappointing...
Price: 6/10. Unless you're a rich man, this site isn't really for people with shallow pockets
Appearance: 5/10. Might have been an accident in delivery, but withered roses..??
Accessibility: 8/10. Website is quite well-done, easy to make an order.
Customer service: 4/10. When I called them to get the new roses asap, it was 'okay. will deliver it soon'. Nothing came!
Floral Garage

When I was first looking for flowers, you google 'florist shops singapore' right?
This popped up first. And for good cause really.
Price: 8/10. Pretty neat for a budget conscious like me!
Appearance: 8/10. Their pictures look kinda meh, though looks a lot better up close
Customer service: 9/10. I ordered through the phone because i had to customise a bouquet to make it look special. The operator wasn't too good at english, but was a sweet old lady and it was no problem! And i got it just a few hours later.
A Better Florist

Flowers are good, deliveries are on time
Price: 7/10. Prices of roses are quite decent, but the hayden is too expensive for its small size
Appearance: 7/10. The flowers look okay.. average
Accessibility: 5/10. My main gripe. They only offer <10 items in their catalogue! Very limited in variety!
Customer service: 7/10. I called them to replace a few broken roses and pots once... took a few days to get back to me even though they usually offer same day deliveries. felt a little ignored
Floral Valley

I never really knew about this place. I got orchids from here as a gift from my mum!
It smells really good. Like, they brought it out of the freezer and its chilly in my hands. It almost smells like a bottle of perfume!!
Price: 8/10. While some items may be pricey, some are pretty budget too! A whole chunk of roses for a little over $50.
Appearance: 8/10. Did i mention it smells good?? the roses are soft to the touch and looks damn lovely. Not sure about the other items though!
Accessibility: 8/10. Website is pretty clear, navigation is easy.
Customer service: 10/10. When I called, was talking to a really energetic dude. Turns out its the boss! He's really committed and shares many details about flowers and know-how.
He knows his stuff, guys!
But really, there are a heck load of florist shops in singapore. you don't have to take my word for it and scout for the best florists you can always source from whenever you need to impress that special somebody in your life! Here's to being a charming, cliche-ed gentleman/madam!
