Best translation app?

Hi all, am planning a holiday to Japan soon and am wondering if anyone can recommend a good language translations apps, English to Japanese?

i downloaded google translate and tried, quite accurate.

Google translate is pretty ok. Not super accurate but you will get the rough idea.

You can try using it in SG first. Go to some shops selling Japanese stuff, use the app on the products with Japanese words on them. Then see if you are comfortable with the accuracy level or not.

Thanks for the reco. Sounds like a good idea. Was apprehensive about Google translate because the translations for Chinese are sometimes a bit off. Maybe it's better for Japanese.

You can try https://www.narita-airport.jp/en/fun/app/ as an alternative but Google translate is good enough for me.
