Best underwater casing?

Is Lifeproof the best out there in the market if I want to take underwater photos of my kid swimming?

I saw many replicates $15, not sure how reliable they are considering sellers claim is pretty good.

Any lobangs to buy LifeProof for iPhone4?

Not exactly what you're looking for, but....

At SCAPE youthpark, basement floor. There's a shop selling "zip lock bag" for smart phones/tablets. I've tried putting my iPhone in one of them and surprisingly the touch screen response perfectly over the plastic.
