If have a little more budget can take a look at ASUS MX279H.
It's around $470 from one of the shop in SLS.

I gotten 2 x CrossOver 27Q with Pivot from eBay. With Pivot .. so cost SGD$400+. If you opt for the normal stand ... should be about SGD$370.
