How long did it take for Shopback to send you the confirmation email after you made your purchase? Mine still says "Clicked."
If you mean tracking email, quite fast.. Just an hour later but going into shopback app, it indicated that the actual confirmation will only be on 16 May (just in case you make any changes to the purchase)

As mentioned, 2yr plus with no add-ons
Your plus subscription already got addons. I believe shopback only for basic vpn subscription.
"Only the sale amount for VPN subscription (not including any add-on features that come along with the plan) will be tracked and eligible for cashback"
Do you need to create another new shopback account?
What is "the add-ons" then?

Just signed up for 100% cashback promo for Surfshark VPN using Shopback. Paid usd64.58 = sgd83 excl gst for basic plan. But shopback tracked only cashback of sgd73.
Anyone has encountered similar issue? I wonder why it is not 100% cashback as stated.

Yes I know. I was asking why the cashback tracked is $10 less than what I paid, excluding gst.
