Hi I'm on DB3 still, can't seem to get DB4 despite refreshing the updates page. Does anyone know if there are specific steps I need to go through to update to DB4 or just need to wait? Currently using iPhone 12 128GB.

It really sound like you are on the public beta rather than the developer beta.
Check or install the certificate again?

PB4 still did not resolve banking app issues even if the update did resolve my Lazada app problem. I assume the engineers working on the banking apps aren’t interested in trouble -shooting beta software issues. I reported the problem several weeks ago but there was no response

I having issue with DBS Digibank, POSB Digibank and OCBC application.

Not sure why but I still couldn’t load the application well. I’m already on Beta 4.

Have you tried offloading the app and re-installing?

I’m on DB4 rn and POSB iBanking app is working fine for me. Maybe try reinstalling like what Jirachi said?

It could also be only happening to certain model of iPhone.

i guess that is the risk you run if you use beta software, the developers are also not obliged to fix all this issues as they are wasting precious development time to fix an unfinished OS.

I think if the banking apps are critical for you, maybe switch back to the non beta iOS version or use the web one.

I know for me Citibank is the one that probably can’t work on beta and I bite the bullet to use the web version.

Using DB4 and OCBC,POSB, Pay Anyone, AMEX, CPF, Singpass are all working for me.

I have uninstalled and installed back a few times but the problem isn't solve.

I believe is dependent on your luck, and also the phone model you are using, since this is a Beta software.

I downloaded on my Secondary device which is rather old - iPhone 7 Plus.

Hopefully they will resolve this issue soon since it is already Beta 4 already now.

Other apps (even much smaller scale companies app) have no issues for me so iOS 15 Beta is still a good software to download as there is no much lag or bug here and there.
