Hi guys,
Can you please help me out here? I am a student from a local university and I am thinking of applying for the DBS Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SME) Banking Graduate Program and the PwC Advisory Program (Deals).
If you have any advise as to the career development / progression / exit options / pay / comparisons from these programs, I am happy to hear your views.
For your convenience, I have extracted the brief introduction to the programs below:
DBS Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SME) Banking
If you have a passion to help Singapore’s entrepreneurs grow their small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), this specialised programme for degree holders offers an accelerated path to build a career in SME Banking.
Comprising a rigorous and intensive schedule of classroom training, front-to-back rotation in different business areas, mentorship and on-the-job training opportunities, the 12-month programme is structured to give you the best, all-round exposure to the banking needs of the SME industry. Areas covered include core credit and financial knowledge, as well as other services that are essential to help small to medium companies grow their businesses.
PwC Advisory
Deals
Our Deals practice possesses significant cross border deal experience involving both financial investors and corporations, across Mergers and Acquisitions (“M&A”), Infrastructure and Distressed market segments. We consistently lead the league tables for mid-market deals in Asia Pacific, and also received various accolades on infrastructure project finance and transaction support services. Our services span across the entire deal continuum, from strategy formulation, to deal origination, transaction advisory, and finance raising, through to post deal integration and exit.
Thank you once again!
