They were with free cancellations ...
Cancelled the hotel in March ...
Received the confirmation email, stating that full refund would be made within 15 working days.
Until now they have yet to receive the refunds
Called in recently, they were told that the hotel cancellations has not been handled yet.
Even thought they have received the email in March that full refund would be made.
But apparently it was not being processed at all.
Just sharing to all, best to book from expedia or agoda, more reliable ...
