I've "repair install" the game from Origin. So far it works with minimal crashes when compared b4 the patch.

using control panel --> programs --> uninstall a program to do the repair ?

Activate origin.exe>>> go to my games library>> right click on bf4 and choose repair install. That's what I did.

For my case. Its hardware related. On my 955BE, I will get sound looping crash. Ever since I upgraded to Fx8350 with a new mobo and ssd, zero crash so far. Either that or the fresh install of win 7 helped.
