Bicycles in Osaka

Bicycles everywhere in Osaka.
Seems like they are infected by the China culture.
Riding and zipping across pedestrians area.

I frequent Guangzhou/Hongkong regularly.
Nowadays, hardly see any bicycles.
Times had changed.

Cycling reduces Co2 omission and carbon footprint, I think we should encourage cycling, even here in SG.
