....that Dror, the mild-mannered school teacher was actually the serial killer despite his denials.
....that the scene where Dror 'celebrated' the young girl's birthday was not his own daughter but Miki's instead.
...that the unconscious girl in the bedroom in the final scene could be Miki's missing daughter
He had planned to rape and kill her but was 'kidnapped' by Gidi (the dead girl's father)

That's my interpretation. I could be wrong though

quite similar but Prisoners was more serious without the dark humor in the torture scenes between Miki, Gidi and later with Gidi's father.
