Yes, there is only one restaurant, the food i ordered was not too bad. Price was about the same as SG price. We rent a scooter and rode out. There is this place which looked alike Singapore hawker center (about 10-15 mins journey). Its def cheaper, but we didn't try it.

We ate in the restaurant as we have $100 credit to spend for our 2D1N stay.

you can bring cup noodle if you want.

I've been there. Food is terrible. Eat at the other resorts. Lots of nice restaurants at Bintan Lagoon.
