BIOs boot message

Recently daily when I push power button to on it show black screen with text :

CPU or Memory changed. Press F1 to save or Sep to enter BIOs..

It been happening often daily. Sometime I power off and re on it show same message again. Then off few time and on it boot normally to windows.

Sometime second time back to normal. So the first power button I push will show this message.

Then did you press F1 into BIOS and save the setting?

You can try changing your motherboard CMOS battery. It might be running out of battery.

try replace cmos batt

if replace cmos batt already still lidat. might be motherboard cmos sot sot.
