BIOS timing

My MB Gigabyte 81945P-G bios timing revert back to year 2006 each time i boot up the comp. Had to manually changed. Replace batt does not help. MB kaput or are there any workaround. ON dual channels PC reboots on 10-15 mins of usage. Single channels stable.

Samsung synmaster 206BW
2G mem
Antec true 2.0
HD Hitachi SATA 350/250
Radeon X1950 Pro
Creative audigy 4
1 TB external drive
LG DVD drive
Altech Lancing XA3021 speakers

Any suggestions on what to do next.

The motherboard, for a start. Socket 775 MBs are going for a song. You can check out VR-Zone Marketplace. Last two weeks, there were a bunch of MB + CPU + 4 to 6 GB DDR2 going for around 50 to 65 for the package.

What about the ATX casing. The MB should fit in right.
