Bird nest investment

I attended the seminar by Global Asset Advisory back in 2014 about investing in bird house in Sabah.

Was interested but did not follow-up, ended up not invested anything.

I was wondering if anyone heard about this and can share if have first hand experience in investing in such business: any return after 2 - 3 yrs since 2014

Not sure about Sabah, my father was in such investment few years ago in KL, according to him the trend is dying now. Probably due to unclear govt regulation, complaints from residents, burglary, etc...

If returns are so fanstastic, chances are they are not true.

when you see they advertise high returns, can assume/suspect it's a scam.
The simple truth is, if it works, they would have already earn enough themselves.
If it haven't work, why are you joining them?
If it's such a good business, banks would have loan them $$. Their financial statement must be quite bad to begin with.

Next, you can try googling their company's name. Remember that the name must match exactly,
e.g.
global asset advisory is not the same as global asset advisors.

If there isn't much result, it's not good.
If there are results that tell you it's a scam, you get it.

don't need to be a genius to tell how the business went, if it even got started.

Depends on luck. Sometimes the bird just don't come into your unit. they come into next unit but not yours.

My dad ever invested one at M'sia. the shophouse unit is located beside the sea. a lot of birds flying but no bird come in and vist our unit…lol

I have relatives in Malaysia that have bird farms for years. They are not rich.
