Birds problem at air con ledge

Hi guys, anyone has any ideas to tackle birds problem at the air con ledge?

My resale flat has many bird poo and currently a bird nest at the air con ledge. Is there any safe and legal way to tackle that problem?

Get those sticky cardboard that are meant for pest. 1 or 2 birds will stick to it and the rest will never return. Can buy from those budget shop in HDB block.

HEADLINES: EDMW bbfa seen climbing out on the air con ledge, he was seen shirtless and what appear to be boxers, the next door 18yr old maid from Taiwan was bathing when she saw this and reported to the police which led to his subsequent arrest. He is currently awaiting trial.

in my old place there were tons of pigeon droppings at aircon ledge also. town council actually had the cheek to ask us to clean instead.

i've seen neighbors putting lots of cable ties where the pigeons roost, or hang unwanted cds. apparently the shiny reflection will deter the birds. daiso also has those plastic bird spikes.

Did you pay for the aircon ledge as part of your HDB flat ? If you did, it's your property and it's right that you should clean it...

isnt that part of your floor area when you purchased your unit? dont anyhow.

I don't think that will help. In fact you are giving them more surface area to build a bigger nest.
