Black screen after installing new MOBO/CPU

Hi guys, I just installed a new MOBO / CPU and RAM. MOBO is Asrock B75M DGS, CPU i3-3220 and 8gb gskill ram.

I put my windows 7 cd in and tried to boot up to reinstall and reformat my old HDD.

But all else fails, keep getting black screen. If i remove the CD and proceed into safe mode/any other mode. Blue screen comes out.

Any one can help?

Try setting boot options in your bios at DVD drive as first boot device and restart. See if it works.

I try to go into BIOS. Also black screen. Sigh

Clear your CMOS.

Try using 1 stick of RAM only, if still fail then go next step.

Power all down, remove HSF, check the socket for out of place pins, remount HSF carefully if none.

CMOS cleared. Cant work.

Using 1 stick of RAM now. Cant work.

Reinstall HSF liao. Cannot. Sigh.

Anyone got any other solution
