Yes. Likely motherboard. If u remove everything except processor, the motherboard will have continuous discrete beeps to signify no ram. If that also dun have means Mobo problem

Of course u must plug in a buzzer in the speaker lead

Motherboard, how can I get a replacement.
I am currently using Asus with Intel i7 Quad bit

Today I have brought an old mainboard made in 2011 for 150 bucks.

Initially, I should have took your advice and send it to sim lim for diagnostic.

But I went ahead and replace on my own and face a few challenges like cannot boot no display, then I remove all my components one by one, and found out that the dram led light up because one of the ram ok so already spoiled.

When I cant get pass the stage of showing the BIOS. I unplug my HDD and even change from 3gb to 6g per second and found out it is with the HDD. So I replace it with my new SSD.

Now I am hopeful I can recover data from my 1tb HDD ...
