Black Screen

Hi, I have a problem with my graphic card. After installing the driver, when i reboot, it won't show the window log in screen. It will display black screen with a cursor on it. Why does this happen?

I tried it before. I boot into safe mode, uninstall the driver, restart and install again. Then when restart, the same thing still happen.
