Black Shark 3 Pokemon Go issues

Hello

My grandkid bought a BS3 with Global ROM (Google Playstore is there). Stock standard with no root whatsoever (double checked). Android OS 10.

Downloaded the Pokémon Go from Google Playstore, and I tried to load up. Received the following error message.

“This device, OS, or software is not compatible with Pokémon GO”

Does anyone know why? Thanks 😎
