Blue Screen After Long Shutting Down Wait

Hi to all the experts.
I have recently getting this blue screen of death after trying to shut down/ restart my laptop.
Sometimes my chrome is not responding and I had to manually end the task using task manager but the process just won't end (I tried to open chrome by clicking it but nothing happens).
So I decided to restart my computer. But the wait is very long (20mins) and it ended up with a blue screen. I have no time to capture the image down as it appears for about 10 seconds only.

Hmm,

maybe you can try not to open your chrome on the next start up. then export all your bookmark. uninstall chrome and remove off the chrome folder from the program files folder. then reinstall chrome. see if that helps.. at least the very basic of it...
