my business laptop is having blue screen problem. stop code: NTFS FILE SYSTEM. i cannot even access to window.. any expert knows how to crack through this blue screen?

Sounds like corrupt files. Probably due for a system reinstall, but check the hard drive for any bad sectors. To retrieve your data, Google threw this up.

Yep, or a HDD developing bad sectors where data is written. Possible corruption by bad RAM also, so that's a factor. Troubleshooting is necessary, but TS has to back up data first then look into diagnostic and restorative measures. Also possibly keep regular backups of data going forward. at least for a while (6 months or more) until the laptop is deemed stable.

Definitely due for a drive replacement at least. I wouldn't do a blind reinstall on that computer, but some IT departments might and declare it ok just because Windows installs.

Depend on which brand, most brand laptop have it's own diagnostic tool.
Except brands like Acer and you may need IT/Admin permission
to access BIOS recovery tool if they lock the BIOS.

Most likely HDD spoil, HDD need to replace and reinstall Windows.
If you have data, you need to look for shops who can
help you retrieve the data.
