bluetooth adapter

Hi

I am just wondering if there is a bluetooth adapter for the computer which can switch between speaker and bluetooth headset with a simple switch instead of constant pairing?

And if there is, is there something which can allow the transmission of sound to be per browser/application based?

Meaning i can run netflix and youtube on 1 computer, netflix sound output for speaker, but youtube to the headphone for example.
