Bluetooth Connection Problem In Notebook

Having a HP new notebook using AMD CPU running on Window 10 , problem encounter is that the bluetooth connection to a set of Microsoft brand bluetooth mouse and keyboard always got hanged.

Is there anyway to check is the bluetooth of the notebook or the mouse+keyboard bluetooth is having problem.

Try uninstall drivers then reinstall it. Not sure if your laptop is WiFi and Bluetooth combo card or not?

Can try updating the BT drivers if your laptop are using intel BT adaptor

You can try to pair it with your mobile phone and test,if you don't have another comp to test. Having said that, I generally don't like to use bluetooth keyboard because connection to a PC can be a quite finicky based on my experience.

Hi. A very recent window 10 update caused my Asus laptop bluetooth function missing. I have tried many ways I found on the Internet like using the device manager, install driver, run troubleshooting and still unable to get it back. It still showing my laptop have no Bluetooth capability.

I use laptop Bluetooth function to correct to my keyboard and eyephone.

May I know what other solution I have or just should get another simple USB plug and play Bluetooth adapter for laptop.
