Bluetooth pairing issue

Hi, i m using xiaomi max miui grobal 8.2. i m trying to pair this lock egeetouch. But i could pair it. I have no problem pairing with other android devices like samsung note 4. I heard from the supplier that to turn of optimization. But after i turn off, i still couldnt pair. Any one can advise?
