Hi everyone

I'm currently in my last 2 weeks of BMT & I'm really interested to sign on as an officer in future. Unfortunately, I suffered from an injury during field camp thus I didn't manage to finish up my IFC and sit test My status ends on the last week of BMT & I'm wondering what to do now because I won't any chance for a re-sit test or most other activities that I missed out such as BIC. Any input would be appreciated!

Ask your commanders how.

I asked my PC and OC, they said that there won't be re-sit test because not enough time. Also, my pc said that entering SCS was going to be hard and OCS is basically... yup. So at a loss now

What's the reason behind the interest to sign on as officer?

It's not about the money to me but I believe that I'm someone who's constantly striving to be better, not just skill wise but also personally. Being an officer would mean encountering many challenges & opportunities and I'm confident of being able to motivate those around me to do their best.

One doesn't need to sign on to constantly strive to be better not just skills wise but also personally.

One doesn't need tonne an officer to encounter many challenges and opportunities to be able to be confident to motivate those around one to do their best.
