BMT recoursee posting?

Hi as said above, I was recoursed and am now currently in a leadership batch of obese recruits. I was asked if i wanted command of which I said I did not mind. My Ippt was silver and I got marksman for btp.

I was previously a driver at an air base unit. My question now is what will my posting be like? Cos i am not sure I like the thought of going thru more choing sua.

Speaking of which, I pop next week and I only have 11 months or so left till my ord. So, taking those factors into consideration? can bros advise where my next posting might be? thanks alot to those who reply cos i am like worried about life after my bmt. Thanks

Yea. I think so. But if you are ok with the sergeants, they will probably let you scrap through unless oc checks

Max you'll go is SCS, OCS unless you're the very up there one, before they confirm your posting, they will bring you in and ask you if you wanna extend your ORD by 3-6months, cause imagine you pass out as officer, you left about 2 months in service, not really ideal for SAF as they want to train you to be operational ready. I have a few friends they OOC pilot and were given a choice of SCS or OCS, OCS they will need to extend their ORD by 3-6months, pay wise I'm not sure if they extended period will be regular or NSF pay.

most likely will be SCS. After tht, most prob posting will be back to Tekong as instructor. It will be hard to go back to unit as an Sect Comd given ur time left in army after SCS. But of course, if u wish to extend ord, then it will be a diff story altogether...

it depends on who you are under.. check with your commanders if u are going to RTU or u are posted out of RSAF.. if RTU, u got NO CHANCE of entering command school.. just relax and drive for another 11mths

Can still go Transport Supervisor course to be 3SG if his unit have this estb & TS is a Poly Dip or GCE A graduate.

No, i have knee injury that happen during training so MO gave 1 week+ mc for me. Scared cannot POP
