better declare so that they can send u for national skin center check up... later if u camo on and ur skin has problem, army will fault u saying u didnt declare lol. when are u enlisting?

I think it is something called cold hive or smth, only occur when it is too cold and sudden change of temperature. Skin will start to get itchy. But then tekong weather so hot tht why i never declare. Enlisting oct this year!

Anyway i got a minor skin issue which i never declare during my medical check up. Since i think is not really important, so should i tell them?

Just declare to MO. If they need you to see specialist, they will tell you.
