Take care of yourself while serving the nation.

From my experience:
Admin time can range from 1 minute to 30 minutes most. During confinement max I have was 1.5 hours.

Field camp 4days 4 nights + 1 day SIT test.

PT will be 5bx, morning run, circuit training, strength training, core training, meal time regim (typically chin up, push up and/ or crunches)

Tips: Do your best for the first ippt

for my experience leopard has the most admin time. usually 3 to 5 hours. pes A. if you wanna smoke rmb go toilet use the hose from the toilet. stick it out of the ventilatuon window. only go there 2hrs before reville. cos sgt will not be so ons.

Haha actually the camp site is not even a jungle. It's a palm plantation (or looks like one). So don't worry about the location. You'll get a taste of the dense jungle in a night walk, guided by your commanders. Btw if you don't want to do big biz outfield, don't eat the fruit bar! That's what forced me to pangsai on my last morning. But that itself is a whole new experience altogether, good to try. However, I pang inside the jungle as we've already moved away from the field camp site (which has latrine dug out, never try before) for SIT test. Turns out tons of folks have to make emergency dumps before me, the whole trail is full of shat.

Haha actually the camp site is not even a jungle. It's a palm plantation (or looks like one). So don't worry about the location. You'll get a taste of the dense jungle in a night walk, guided by your commanders. Btw if you don't want to do big biz outfield, don't eat the fruit bar! Actually you will crap is because of dietary fibre. The fruit bar maybe a rich source of dietary fibre. But there are other sources of dietary fibre.

They may let you rest more during field camp... Unless things changed, there will be turn out

There were rumours on the night before our field camp that we'd kenna one in the middle of the night. But end up nothing at all. We just sleep peacefully till reveille. Field camp time also no turn out, just the morning PT and short run. Well, I was sort of in a welfare coy then so mileage may vary.

Although, we did get 9-10 hrs rest almost every day, other than the night where we had prowling duties.

I managed to resist shitting during bmt field camp. Came back to camp still cannot go back to bunk, must finish washing all the equipments to my Sgt satisfaction then can go back. Almost couldn't control anymore. Lucky my Sgt allowed me to sh!t during the wash up even though the commanders said they won't allow any one to use the toilet to sh!t until washing is completed. My sh!t ***** black and thick as my upper arm sia. ***** smelly also. Had to flush multiple times to get it down the toilet bowl. Heng I wasn't constipated, if not I die in that toilet cubical

I hated having free time during field camp, cuz that ALWAYS meant some pumping without fail. Now so welfare already?

I don't know how it was before or after 2014-15, but we were left in peace at night during our FC. RO 8pm, then up to us when we turn in as long before 10pm, so the time is for us to do body maintenance. At night they also never try to stun our rifles, though pretty sure everyone secured it properly at night. But this is coming from a welfare coy (Dragon 1/15 BP).

don't want to pangsai means survive on the biscuits only if possible.

rations also need to see, got certain ones will make you sh!t for sure. the desserts definitely cannot eat.

but eventually most combat personnel will heck care after awhile lah. go unit eventually got those long field camps also will just eat all and sh!t all outfield.
