I haven't received mine yet. Though it usually is credited by 9th of the month, based on their T&Cs its 15 business days, which is by 21 July 2017

Just to check if BOC is similar to UOB in that any CC cash rebate or pre-payment of CC bill won't affect the total amount considered spent on the CC for the month?

Only rebate not prepayment. UOB did not say you need to leave $500 when they bill you at end of the month

Hmm so BOC needs to leave at least $500 balance at the end of month for the CC spend bonus?

For example, I spent $510 on BOC Family card this month but made a bill payment of $30 to clock the payment bonus. Do I need to spend another $20 before month end to be eligible for CC spend bonus?

That is correct. Though you'll want to use your family card as much as possible for the rebates

Anyone faces the same issue? I am unable to pay bills via axs machine or e-axs using boc debit card

I called twice, both CSO says it does not support..

That's weird as I have made payment to credit card bills on 29 July.

However the past 3 days I m facing difficulty doing so

try a few more times. i face this sometimes as well. think they not able to contact boc system. after trying afew times should be okay.
