Yep. Have personally encountered issues on multiple ocassions with their cards for certain online transactions such as McDelivery and offline transactions at retail / dining shops. China Bank, kind of expected... lol...

Does paying BOC credit card bill counted as one of the 3 bill payment for bill payment bonus interest?

Remember to use bill payment, then payment of BOC credit card of at least $30 will be counted as one of the 3 bill payment

Is that the case that you can only use BOC debit card for eAXS, but not physical AXS machine??

Call to BOC hotline.

Phoned BOC hotline, CSO is saying it is working and there is no people complaining that it cant work in AXS. Suggest all who face the same problem to call so that they know the real situation on the ground

Bro, are you referring to AXS machine or eAXS online?

I have no problems with eAXS online payment, but can't use the debit card on AXS machine.

I am referring to eAXS online payment using BOC debit card.

Thanks.. I just tried after your feedback and payment is successful. It isnt this case this morning and yesterday night. Hence i call BOC this morning to check.

Yea. This happens quite frequently, just have to try till it works.
