Hi, my salary just came in - but the transaction type is known as "Local Clearing And Inward Remittance"... It is correct?? Will I get my Salary bonus interest?

Shouldnt i get 3 at least exclude the salary?

So far OCBC is e best in providing information about the bonus interest. UOB & BOC all did not clearly indicate the interest credit details as well no visibility of each bonus interest qualification status. However BOC is currently the most attractive package in terms of interest & credit card spend rebate.
if only BOC can improve their IB interface.....then its perfect.

i called the BOC call centre just now... wth.... the CSO say she cant check my account.. i have to go to one of the branches to ask... the call centre really can say is zuo bo lan....
ask customer go down branch to ask might as well don need call centre.

Did you see your credit cards in your internet banking under Credit Card Overview option? I have three cards but none is showing in the internet banking. Just wondering if i spend on the cards, will i get the bonus?

same experience here, i can barely understand their english, and i think they only understood half of what i'm asking

try the chinese option, i was lucky enough to get a cso who sound local, and speak english to me although i selected the option for chinese LOL

Press '1' for english. in the end cant understand each other and the CSO asked ' can u speak chinese? LOL

I called to change the cc statement date, the CSo said only new users can do that. Since my cc accounts quite 'old', I need to cancel all 3 cc then wait for 45 days to reapply and specify which statement date I prefer.
Sheer non-sense or a joke? Have never encountered this for any other banks before.
