Paying cc bill online is counted as bill payment. Spending not inclusive of paying other cc bills.

And I thought there is a 7% rebate for dining. But I couldn't find it in the page..

Then I googled and found this : http://www.cheaponana.com/2016/03/t...d-introduces-better-rebates-from-17-apr-2016/

This white card has 7% dining rebate.

Why is that so? Are they not the same card?
