I asked the counter, they mentioned it is possible, as long as it's withing the first 15 days of each month. But I don't really trust what they said hahaha!

yes you can change ur income tax giro payment from POSB acct to BOC acct, IRAS is pretty quick with processing of such request

For the first month yes. After that, you just need to keep spending $500 a month and it all syncs up nicely.
