Ok...

My most Ideal situation:
0.275% + 0.80% + 0.80% + 0.35% = 2.225%

My min fulfillment per mth guarantee:
0.275% + 0.8% + 0.35% = 1.425%

Guess it's not my luck.. Open up account on 1st Oct hoping to get good rates.

Hmm... time to move to other banks now.
OCBC seems my next target. Or back to POSB cashback bonus. :s13:

If just hitting your min guarantee rate, think you're better off with SCB e$avers. Less hassle.

Correct me if I am wrong please. The next best account with only salary crediting and bill payment only would be OCBC 360....(The UOB One would require credit card spending).

Well I agree that SCB e$avers are better, but only up to 30-Nov-2016. After that I'm back to 0.10% prevailing rate.

After 30-Nov, I still have to move around.

Any other option?
1) OCBC offer good for me atm, but I don't like their CC. but If have to then I'll just "dormant" my BOC card and use OCBC. :s22:
2) UOB offr 1.5% with salary + card spend for my criteria.
3) CIMB has the least hassle for me with decent rates.
4) Last option is POSB CashBack (still ok with roughly 15/mth), but my deposit don't earn extra interest for me.

So I guess what I can think of would be CIMB savings or SCB e$saver (if 1.55% still remains) + POSB cashback.

It still maintains the 3.55 BUT at ridiculous terms.

e.g. now u need 1500 spend (no AXS) to qualify for 1.6%, 500 only qualify for 0.8%
salary need to be 6k and above to hit 1.2%, otherwise 0.8%
Giro need to be min. 30 now to qualify for 0.35% compared to 0.6% last time.

Pulling out after Dec....

sheet, i just topped up to 60k today :(

best is still esaver. go open a joint account with one of your parents etc - someone who will not need to use the account. having joint accts has another advantage. technically you can login to scb twice under different names and double your max FAST transfer limit

so at the end of each promo period, you withdraw and leave zero balance in the promo esaver acct. then transfer funds to the new promo esaver account which had zero funds during the last promo.

then rinse and repeat for each 2 month promo period.

Wish I can. I'm alone in SG here. LOL. Btw.. I don't understand about the promo period transfer. Mind to illustrate ?

I'm thinking of just swap CiMB and eSaver around shld SCB got promotion.

I also received SMS notification says interest settlement of below $3.00? Is this the prevailing interest and not the bonus interest?
