Yeah, think several people has difficulties too with BOC payment on AXS. Error occurs sometimes, think its the connection btw BOC and AXS being somewhat restrictive.

Last month, I had some problems too, but tried do it late at night, or early morning, seems to be smoother.

Yes, I made 3 payments, only 2 went through smoothly. The problematic one eventually went through after a few attempts.

I realised it may be probably due to my card problem itself... I tried to pay starhub and m1 online but failed also. Actually I just opened a new bocsmartsaver early this month, and they actually give me a master debit card called Chinese Cultural Card (instead of the usual Great wall international debit).

Is there something that the teller forgot to do to make my card usable? My card is arelady activated btw

Tried making axs payment today, failed twice and succeeded on the third try. I am using the Great Wall debit card though. Perhaps you can try multiple times first?

Confirmed it's the card daily limit. I can only swipe 2k everyday until I make a trip to BOC branch to increase limit. Hotline can't help :(

Under my debit cards there don't seems to have anything. Is it the teller didn't link for me when opened account?

Scroll down to the Debit Card Service section. You can link debit card in boc ibanking and also can set the daily limit.

Can check roughly when and how to know debit card rebate has been credited? e.g. what is the Transaction Type description?

Is it 1st of the month and under Inward Transfer?
