Anyone here having issue with the bank app? I'm not sure if it's due to my phone software update, the app doesn't work on my phone anymore. I re-download the app last two weeks and tried also can't. Today I wanted to try again but I can seem to find the bank app in play store. Anyone having the same issue as me?

I try to log in using phone browser, it prompt me that password was wrongly even though I'm very sure it's correct

The password for the bank app and internet banking (phone browser/laptop/PC) can be different so the password for you might be different for the browser and the bank app

Im aware of the different password for using token device log in and SMS otp. I keyed what was correct but I just fail to get myself logged in though I'm using the correct password. Not sure why.

I also have the same issue. Android user here. Cannot use the app anymore. I tried using Chrome, i have problems keying in the password. Keeps autofilling in for me some wrong password. Had to switch to firefox (then it works)

Something to do with incorrect url. You click back , then personal banking again will work well

Oh really? Are you referring to my chrome problem? Cos i've been accessing it through my bookmark. But it works on my desktop. I think the chrome problem is only for my mobile

Are you using the mobile app or internet banking? Internet banking cannot be used on mobile. Must use mobile app on mobile.

I'm using both mobile app and internet banking on my mobile

Thanks, Firefox works for me too. My chrome keeps going an error message that password is invalid even though I'm very sure it's correct. Luckily Firefox can work if not idk how to do a transfer without the functioning app.

Yes this error is because the usual webpage or something doesn’t seem to work. You have to shift forget the website , then google manually and select the personal ibanking option all over again and it will work

Withdrawal as in not able to continue to enjoy to something highly addictive like coffee, drugs, alcohol. So in this case is that "something" happens to be the monthly interest payment.

Acutally not the 1st time they delay interest.. last year also happened

I can only imagine the millions they earn in terms of even a few days of additional float on the interest they don't pay out PLUS the compounding effect of the interest on interest that they don't have to pay out.
