a. Any Card Spend on any BOC Credit Card or Debit Card;
b. Salary crediting to your Multi-Currency Savings Account(s); or
c. At least three bill payments of at least S$30 per bill payment made from your Multi-Currency Savings Account(s)

I fulfill all 3 so I have been getting the $5.

If she can only meet the salary condition, can still get the $5 ? Thanks.

unable to pay bills by AXS using their debit cards again, the screen to enter OTP to confirm payment just wont load, no issue when i switched to using maybank debit card.

It's a bug between AXS app and BOC debit card. Try web axs instead.
