bill payment of at least $30 to lets say 3 different BOC credit cards (different credit card numbers but same name) is considered 3 bill payments and not 1 bill payment right? thanks.

cant think of anymore..

3 giro bill payment for uob one
No need to be giro for boc, can be bill payment on boc ibanking or app

Yes, I use BOC i-bank pay BOC and other banks CC bills, counting as 3 bill payments. Confirmed for payment bonus as I am doing this since Day 1

There is this 1.35% for BOC supersaver account. If you have more than $60k, would it make more sense to transfer the remaining funds to this account to earn the higher interest?

Interest quite low actually. UOB one(3 giro, 500 spend) or even SSB (need 1 month) would give >1.5%.
