Not sure if they gonna further revise, otherwise,

if hit 6k salary credit, pay 3 bills, spend $500 even on debit card, maintain at least 80k, still able to get 1.65% ?

There is a bonus stating if deposits kept within 80k to 1 mil, will enjoy additional 0.40%

Now can apply the account online as well, no need go down branch..

Sorry I corrected the above because due to the extra bonus if above 80k... It's actually 1.65% ? Correct me if I'm wrong..

as there is an added bonus of 0.4% if above 80k

No. The bonus interests for card spend+ salary+bill payment only apply up to $80k balance. The amounts above $80k only get 0.4%+base interest.

Oh oh! I totally misinterpreted it then.. my apologies..

Just curious, for the $500 minimum spending if based on Debit card spend, is topping up GPMC etc, considered eligible spending?

I have checked the SmartSaver T&Cs no outright excluding such transactions to qualify for "Card Spend" bonus interest.. for eg. quasi cash or MCC6540

For up to $100k, DBS Multiplier is by far, the best account.

For > $100k and fuss-free, BOC's 0.6% is indeed hard to beat.

I think since I only can meet the income + cc spend. It only qualifies for the income +1 category which is limited up to 10k only

You mean for dbs multiplier? Income+cc should qualify for bonus interest on $25k. Anyway very easy to clock in say investment in posb investsaver or insurance for higher tier interest.

Just realised interest for SuperSaver was credited on 8 Oct.
No SMS alert for this new account whereas Smartsaver has SMS alert. Probably have to get it set up somewhere but I have forgotten :s13:
