Hi this is my first time booking through MAS.

Am not sure about this portion..

From screenshot 1, it shows that the fare price already included 30kg of checked luggage right?

What about screenshot 2 -> 3?

Hi Alvin Koh,

prepaid baggage is extra service (for people who need more than 30kg). You can say it is an add-on on top of 30kg "bag drop/check-in".

I booked a ticket through MH just now, thinking to increase additional 10 kgs, almost fall down the chair when I see it costs $180 per way, more expensive than budget.

That's the weird thing about Malaysia Airlines...

Previously when their planes went missing, one would expect their prices to drop, but they increased...

At least they offer the option of getting more baggage allowance online. Many airlines still do not. I do not expect it to be cheaper than budget airlines though.

Called korean air, the airline only allows one piece of check in luggage, 23kg max... in that case, singapore airline would be better ...
their luggage limit is 30kg , dont think they have limit to number of luggages checked in, as long as the weight is within 30kg ... For cx, is 2pcs @ 30kg max

now they got good promo...

118sgd to KUL ? that's their recent promo price to KUL

was expecting cheaper prices with them to other countries...
However, their prices doesnt seems competitive, considering the fact that you would need to transit ...

MH is 30 kgs. Every piece cannot exceed 32 kgs.
