Boot error message " Recovering lost Dram size"

I got this error message whenever my PC boot up. The PC will self boot 3 times then I get into windows 8. When I check PC info it states installed 6Gb but available 2Gb.

I am using Kingston Hyperx DDR3 triple channel on i7-930 on Giga X58A-UD7.

Does it means the Ram is faulty?

If it's so, where do I RMA?
