Boot recovery programme

Just want to find out where can I get a programme that can launch GUI to use many types of recovery, backup, troubleshooting, password hack software, without going into Windows or OS?

That means an all-in-one bootable software for troubleshooting pc.

Pls pm me if it's not convenient for u to post here.

Bartpe, ubcd, Ubuntu live cd etc. not all mentioned softwares is included.
