Boot up problems

I've been getting the below bootup error for quite awhile, seems to be a conflict in bootup drive? Any idea how to solve it.

Not sure how to link images, getting the broken pic image instead.

Edit: oops was not clear enough, everytime i boot up my comp, it will always end up on the first pic. I will then need to hit F1 to go into Bios setup and reboot before it loads into windows.

Replace the CMOS battery. but I actually don't see anything wrong?

seems like your cmos battery is dead. head to any supermarket or 7-11 to get one.. cr2032. less than $5 iirc.

updated first post with my issue.
