Intend to go there one day. Heard from friends it's such wonderful experience. More so if you love happenings (bars, watching gigs etc) in the evening...

I need your help! What time is the last trip from Caticlan to Boracay?
my flight to Kalibo arrives 4:15 PM and would probably arrive Caticlan at around 6:15.. willl i still be able to ride a boat to boracay?...

I'd think the last ride should be around 5pm. Better be there earlier.

Perhaps you can try contacting your place of accommodation for confirmation. They should know.

Based on what I've gathered from friends who've been there, there are 3 boat stations in Caticlan. There should be a boat crossing every half an hour, maybe even shorter.

BTW, last time I heard, there's no wharf in Boracay still. Thus prepare to get wet when boarding off the motorized boat/outrigger.

Lots of accomodation in Boracay.... from budget to luxurious, with some not even on travel agent's radar. Suggest you head down to AsiaTravel and the likes, and see one that fits your budget and taste.

i was there about 4 years back.. i can say that the beach is the most beautiful i ever seen so far.. basically i had problem walking there cause the sands are super fine.. i dont recall seeing road.. u are walking on the sand.. dun recall any pier there either.. the hotel is quite near to the sea.. beer is cheap too.. given me a chance i wanna go back again.. water sports are gd too.. but before tat i was at other part of philippines for 2 weeks.. when i went over to boracay i saw alot of tourists.. especially japanese..

from here, we have to take philippine airlines to manila

from manila, its either philippine airlines, SEAIR, CEBU Pacific or Asian Spirit to Kalibo or Caticlan ..then take ferry to Boracay

I bought ticket from Philippine airlines to manila.. and my next flight (still philippine airline) to Caticlan is 1.5 hrs away. Will there be any risk cos of the transit timing?
