Maribank EIR 1.92%, promo first 1 month free waiver.
EIR 1.92% based on 3mths tenor, for multiplier 4.1%, you need income credit + meeting their criteria for 3 or more categories.

Not sure worth the effort for you.

  1. multiplier will maintain 4.1% for 1yr or not?
  2. u need to pay mthly instalment. this will reduce your multiplier int.
3 mths loan:
1st: multiplier $341, mari -$0
2nd: multiplier $227, mari -$107
3rd: multiplier $113, mari -$107

if everything turns out as u planned, u will earn abt $467 after loan int. hehe

r u not going to pay the instalments?
if u pay, your multiplier balance will drop, then the 4.1% int will be less.
if u don't pay, u will get $300+ int mthly..

I suggest you do some calculations first.

If things are so simple, there are no poor people in SG...
