Boycott OCBC Frank Card

Seriously... nowadays most of us order online and don't go out to stay safe.

I called OCBC, they still require us to spend the $400 offline retail transactions spends, meaning we have to still go out of our homes to manually spend at shops/restaurants to achieve the online rebates for FRANK.

"spend a minimum of S$400 in-store on your FRANK Credit Card"

They checked with their product managers and refuse to make exceptions despite the COVID-19 situation whereby PM and the whole singapore is asking everyone to stay home as much.

Need to escalate this to PM and his business leaders.

Couldn't believe it as well until the bank called me back to state, no wonder people prefer other banks...

Now a day so many use Covid-19 as excuse.

already canceled all ocbc cards. there are so many others out there that provides better t&c.

lol i also cancelled all my ocbc cards previously. ocbc is the worst.

this card feature has been like that for years, not sure why u are surprised now. clearly spelled out in T&C.
