Wah jialat. That outlet is in a prominent Shopping Centre call Zen. Looks as classy as any other shopping centre like Isetan in Singapore. Its a counter with like 8x8meters of floorspace.

Don't look fake to me though since the location is not in those pasir malam or individual shops type. Over there can find other famous brands as well. Let me search for a picture of that shopping and post here
