Brandt and De Dietrich belong to the same company.

Brandt is the cheaper brand in this company.

I have a Brandt BXP6575X Oven, called 2x warranty service during its 1st year, and 3rd time after out of warranty. Uunfortunately, we got a lemon set. The temperature cannot maintain what it's preset at, I bought 3 different temperature probes and set it at 300c, none of the 3 probes showed it maintained at that temp, sometimes over, sometimes under.

I loved my Brandt oven. In my previous unit, we used it for over 8 yrs before we sold e place. Made in France.
Bought back Brand for my current place too. Get the pyrolytic oven version. Last time I bought is 2.4k. Super useful as we dont really need to clean e oven.

Now similar function same brand is about 1.3k and up.

I bought Brandt pyro oven, first the oven came dented then took a few week for them to replaced.
The tray also comes with scratches which they din want to replaced claiming that it’s scratches by me. Sighs . All good after I use my first pyro functions … it leaves water stain… so I wrote to them and tried to call them.

I send them in early Dec via contact us page and was receive a response recently and again they claim is a user fault for not cleaning the oven properly.

My word of advice.

the oven performance is very good in terms of even cooking etc

after sales service is extremely bad,

1) they are still on Covid arrangements so I don’t seem to be able to get anyone till recently.

2)they put me on hold for 20 mins then diverts me into a voice mail after someone attended to me. and I called back I can’t get hold of anyone.

3) putting the water mark issue as user mishandling , I don’t understand why din the demonstrators from Brandt gave me half the instructions to clean with baking soda and rinse but din tell me have to wipe dry. Even buying a pyro oven , you need to wipe dry …if you buy Brandt.

conclusion, if you need after sales from Brandt, pls don’t expect much…

the model is BOP7568LX . If you don’t mind having good oven and poor after sales service, Brandt is the brand to go.

The oven really cook , roast bake very well!

I compare it with my old oven electrolux ( 15 yrs) Brandt is superb! Again it’s a 15 yrs old technology.
Overall good oven! Cleans well except for water stain at certain part.
